Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales and Booking Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and booking processes, providing exceptional service, and contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about our services and pricing.

– Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, upselling and cross-selling services as appropriate.

– Coordinate and schedule moves, ensuring all details are communicated clearly to both customers and the moving team.

-Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.

-Stay informed about the moving industry and market trends to better serve clients and drive sales.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the moving or logistics industry.
